We was promised this house would be ready to move into on the 23rd of this month ( November ) in which that day has came and gone. We pulled our deposit and had to terminate the least before move in day because the owner/landlord didn't uphold his end of the deal. We had to reverse the transfer of utilities being turned on and had to get them shut off due to us not being able to move in because of the condition. We are back to square 1. Back to looking for a house. I strongly urge people to make sure the owner/landlord of a house sign something in writing that he or she will replace things before move in.
